What you save vs a traditional firm

Family solicitors in the UK typically charge £300–£500/hr. A disputed matter routinely consumes 20–60 billable hours just on evidence review, before any advice or court work.

Case complexity Solicitor hours (typical) Solicitor cost @ £375/hr LegallyHeard equivalent Saving
Light: one chat, one issue 3–5 hrs £1,125 – £1,875 £49 Taster ~98%
Standard: chats + emails + several months 15–25 hrs £5,625 – £9,375 £299 Single Case, paid once ~97%
Complex: multi-source, audio/video, financial 30–50 hrs £11,250 – £18,750 £599 Complete Case, paid once ~97%
High-stakes: full court-ready bundle 40–80 hrs £15,000 – £30,000 £999 – £3,500 Court Bundle ~85–95%

Billing FAQ

Is there a free trial?

The £49 Taster is the try-us option. It's deliberately small so you can decide whether the analysis is worth a full case before committing. Single Case and Complete Case both have a 14-day refund window.

Is this really a one-off payment?

Yes. For consumers there is no subscription and no auto-renew. You pay once for your case and get 12 months of access to it, including re-running the pipeline as new messages come in during that period. Only firms running many cases pay monthly.

What happens after 12 months?

You keep read-only access to every export you've already generated, forever. If your case is still active after a year, you can extend access for a small renewal, but the bundles you've exported are always yours to keep.

VAT?

Prices shown exclude VAT. UK customers will see 20% VAT added at checkout. Outside the UK, reverse-charge applies where eligible.

Court Bundle pricing, how is the £999 floor set?

£999 covers a single-issue matter: full pagination, indexing, exhibit list, chronology and hash-chained manifest generated automatically from your sources. Complex multi-source cases are quoted from £1,750–£3,500. We always pre-agree the quote in writing before any work starts. No human reads your messages, the bundle is produced by the pipeline.

Refunds?

Single Case and Complete Case: 14-day no-questions refund. Taster: refundable if the export fails to generate. Court Bundle: refundable up to the point the bundle is generated.

We're a law firm running many cases, is there a plan for us?

Yes, this is the one place a subscription makes sense. Firm plans start at £129/month for regular case volume, with multi-seat from £249/month. You get all Complete Case features across unlimited matters plus team access. Talk to us and we'll scope it.

Still not sure which tier?
