An AI provider returns findings in a defined structure. Deterministic code deduplicates overlaps and synthesises the record; AI output is not simply pasted into a report.
Direction and directedness
We distinguish a statement directed at another person from a complaint, denial, quotation or self-reference before counting or characterising it.
Exact quote verification
Quoted extracts must match the source record exactly. Unverified wording is excluded rather than presented as fact.
Neutral, two-sided reporting
The same classification rules apply to every participant. Context and contrary material are included; the report does not advocate for either side.
Consent before AI processing
We disclose the proposed provider, what will be sent and the estimated provider cost. No chat is sent to an AI provider unless you explicitly opt in.
