Does this include a review of my whole case?
Bundle preparation organises the agreed documents. A source linked chronology and initial fact finding report are available through the separate £495 Case Review service. We confirm what preparation or further review is needed before you pay.
Will you decide which evidence I should rely on?
We prepare the bundle from the material and scope agreed with you. Legal advice about your position, the evidence you should rely on or the documents a court requires is separate. Share any relevant court directions so we can agree the preparation work.
Do you file the bundle with the court?
This service covers preparation of the agreed PDF. Filing, service, legal advice and representation are not included. The prepared bundle does not guarantee that a court will accept any document or evidence.
Can I add more documents later?
One correction within the agreed material is included. Additional documents or a changed scope need a further agreement, including any change in price or delivery.
What should I check before filing?
Follow your court directions. Check relevance, case details, the index, page numbers and source references. Read extracts in context, check sensitive information and keep the originals available. Your private archive is not an instruction to file every message.
