Case Review

A clearer record for your next step.

Bring your messages and supporting documents into a source linked chronology and initial fact finding report.

Case Review is our £495 service for one case. We agree the evidence, question and delivery date with you before payment.

What you receive with Case Review.

For people preparing on their own or alongside a legal professional. Case Review helps you understand what the agreed evidence contains while keeping the original sources within reach.

01

A connected chronology

Follow events in date order, with references back to the messages and documents in your agreed record.

02

An initial fact finding report

Review organised findings against the question agreed with you, with source references you can check.

03

Room to refine

Use two refinements after the initial review, within 12 months and on the same agreed evidence and question.

What is included

Know the scope before you start.

The £495 price covers one case, one initial fact finding review and two refinements. Only one review pass can be pending at a time.

New evidence, new questions and separate documents need a further agreed scope. There is no automatic renewal or automatic deletion at the end of the 12 months.

How Case Review works.

  1. Tell us what you need

Identify your case, the available evidence and the question you want the review to address.

  2. Agree the work

We confirm the material, scope, price and initial delivery date. You accept the recorded quote before checkout.

  3. Receive and refine

The agreed documents are prepared and checked through your private workspace. Use the included refinements within that scope.

Before you decide

Case Review questions, answered.

What is included in Case Review?

One initial fact finding review and two refinements of the same agreed evidence and question, with a source linked chronology and initial report. You also receive 12 months of workspace access. Additional reports and bundle preparation have their own agreed scope and price.

What is the difference between Case Review and Court Bundle preparation?

Case Review helps you organise and review the agreed evidence through a source linked chronology and initial fact finding report. Court Bundle preparation is a separately scoped output that brings selected documents together into an indexed, numbered PDF. Neither service provides legal advice or decides what evidence you should rely on.

Can my Taster payment count towards the price?

An eligible paid £49 Taster for the same case within 30 days may be credited, leaving £446. We verify the payment and confirm the credit in your quote. Request your Case Review upgrade.

Is this the Deep Fact Finding Review?

The Deep Fact Finding Review remains a separate, optional service with its own agreed scope, provider information, price and explicit authorisation. Paying for Case Review does not authorise external AI processing. Read how optional processing works.

Does the service include legal advice or a court bundle?

Case Review provides evidence organisation and review, not legal advice or representation. Separate reports and Court Bundle preparation are optional outputs with their own agreed scope and price.

Are the documents generated immediately?

No. We agree the initial delivery date before payment and prepare and check the documents against that scope. Read our payment and refund terms for the full purchase information.
