LegallyHeard®
LegallyHeard for iPhone

A little help, whenever you need it.

From your phone to your case

  1. Choose a caseOpen Cases in the app. Sign in to use your private cases, or explore the fictional sample.
  2. Collect your evidenceIn Collect, choose a source and follow its export guidance. Add the exported file using Files, or deliberately select photos or take a still photo. The app cannot read other apps’ private messages automatically.
  3. Check and uploadCheck the destination case and pending files. Confirm the transfer and wait for the receipt. Each file can be up to 25 MiB, with up to 20 files waiting on your phone.
  4. Review in contextOpen Review. Search the transcript, filter by source or date, star useful messages and open their surrounding conversation.

Your originals matter

Keep an unchanged copy of every export. If source timestamps or other original metadata matter, choose the original export through Files. A screenshot or photo can add context, but does not replace a complete message export.

The app stores your selected files on the phone while they await transfer. Signing out clears those pending copies. Files already uploaded remain in the case until you delete them.

Documents and account

The free companion lets you collect original files and review imported messages in your cases. Analysis reports and shared document libraries are not available in this app. Account settings lets you update your name, password and email, or delete your account.

Something not working?

Email support@legallyheard.co.uk with the action you were trying and any error message. Please leave private evidence and passwords out of the email.

LegallyHeard helps organise and review evidence. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee a court will admit a document.
